  About our Staff

  GCCC prides itself on its highly qualified and committed staff. Unlike
many other profit-based centres, most of our staff have worked at GCCC for
more than five years - creating a stable and family-like environment for
the children. A number of our staff are bi-lingual, bringing cultural
diversity to the centre.

Paula - DIRECTOR

Diploma Of Children's Services + Certificate 3 in Children's services, Advanced Diploma in Childrens Services
17 years experience in the Child Care Industry.

Claudia : -- Assistant Director, GROUP LEADER 2-3 years

 Bi- lingual, Speaks fluent spanish..

Diploma Of Children's services + Certificate 3 In Children's Services, 12 years experience in the child care industry, 10 years at Goodna Community Cild Care.

Christine -  GROUP LEADER BABIES.

Diploma Of Childcare And Education + Maternal and Child Health Assistant Certificate.
29 years experience in the Child Care industry, 25 years in the Baby Nursery at Goodna Community Child Care.

Annette :  ASSISTANT   2-3 YEAR

Diploma of Child Care and Education and has over 12 years experience in the Childcare Industry in both New South Wales and Queensland. She has worked at Goodna Community Child care Centre for 2 years.

Shirley : ASSISTANT BABIES.

Married, adult children, two sons and a daughter.Certificate 3 in Children's Services. Diploma in Childrens Services, 18 years experience in the Child care Industry, 10 years at Goodna Community Child Care.

Partner, one daughter

Margaret: RELIEF WORKER

Diploma of Children’s Services and has worked for the centre for the last six years, as an Assistant, and a relief Group Leader. Margaret is married with a boy and a girl

Monica : CHILD CARE ASSISTANT.

Bi-lingual speaks fluent spanish, Married has a son and two daughters. Holds a Certificate 3 in Children's Services . 5 years at Goodna Community Child care.

Jayne : ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Jayne has a Certificate 111 in Child care, Jayne had worked at the centre previously doing relief, for the past two years Jayne has worked in the office at the centre. Jayne is married with grown up children.

Vanida - COOK

Certificate 2 in Hospitality ( Kitchen Operations) , Certificate 3 in Health Support Services Vanida is the centre's health and hygiene food safety supervisor, many years in the Hospitality Industry.

The centre also employs night cleaners outside of centre hours. Every night plus the week-ends.
